Hi, I’m Brittany
I help sensitive individuals build their confidence to live a more authentic and joyous life
Are you constantly doubting yourself? Do others often have you feeling like you’re too sensitive? Perhaps you lack confidence to go after what you want in life, or you’re struggling to figure out who you are.
I teach you how to develop trust within yourself so that you can live joyfully and authentically. Life is full of wonderful experiences and feelings if we’re brave enough to acknowledge our right to exist and unapologetically show up for ourselves. Your light may have been dimmed, but I can I show you how to transform it into a roaring fire.
I offer one-on-one therapy to people who are wanting to explore their identity, build self-confidence and increase self-acceptance. I provide a nonjudgemental space for you to express and explore your thoughts and feelings and to receive validation. Your emotions are a healthy response to the situation you’re in, and they have important information to share with you.
